What an awesome experience it was to work with Krasner Jewelers to create a beautiful stacked set of three rings using some sentimentally important diamonds. I put off taking the diamonds to a jeweler because they were small and unremarkable. Milton was sensitive to their intrinsic value, and involved me in the design process so that we could co-create the result. I'm thrilled with my new rings and am getting raves from my friends and family. Krasner Jewelers is a joy!

Milton is as professional and knowledgeable as they come. Someone tried to steal my necklace while on vacation and I lost some length. It’s an extremely sentimental piece. Him and his team were able to work wonders and not only lengthened the chain with incredible artistry, but they also reinforced weak links to strengthen it. I went to Krasner Jewels with an old, damaged engagement ring; Milton did a wonderful job replacing it with an even better design and helped us with the insurance claim.

Milton Krasner restored a prized family heirloom diamond ring that I worried was unsalvageable. It slipped down the bathroom drain and was badly damaged while trying to retrieve it. He even went a step further by polishing and cleaning it while he was at it. it's like a brand new ring. He is incredibly knowledgeable about jewelry, and this was a far better experience than what you'd get at, say, a mall jewelry store. I'm thrilled to have found my go-to jeweler in San Diego. I highly recommend him.

Milton is not a random salesman that you not gonna find in every jewelry shop, he's an artist, no pressure, he doesn't make you feel bad, he gives you an amazing customer service . When you order from him, don't expect to get something fast, good quality takes time. And also, I don't think you are going to find better price for such an amazing craftsmanship. I definitely recommend and will come back for more jewelry in the future.

When I first sat down in Milton's office, a woman left his office thanking him profusely for the amazing work he did, and then came over to me overjoyed and told me about the ring he made for her and how excellent he was to work with. That was a pretty high expectation set for my time with him, and he exceeded it. Milton was an absolute pleasure to work with. As any great artist does, he was able to perfectly capture the spirit of a design with ideas I would have never been able to come up with. He confidently lead me to produce a ring that was exactly what my fiancée had been dreaming of (she has reviewed here too). He reassured me that details which I was unsure about would look amazing in the final product, and he was 100% right about all of them. He took great care about every aspect of the ring, my experience with him, and my fiancée's desires. He was exceptionally responsive and honest about his work, and even though I have moved several hundred miles away, I will definitely be traveling back to San Diego have the wedding rings done by Krasner Jewelers as well.
