I needed to have a ring repaired and a diamond replaced. I was unable to get to San Diego until shortly before Christmas 2025. I spoke to Milton at Krasner Jewelers, and he said to come in for an appointment and he would see what could be done.

He was extremely friendly, and wanted to know the story behind the ring and why it was important to be fixed. I told him that I was willing to wait until after the holidays, but he said he felt I needed it by Christmas and he'd see what he could do.

He called Christmas Eve to let me know it was ready! Unbelievable. And the craftsmanship was perfect. What a great human. Thank you for everything!

I had been on the fence for about 2 years on whether or not to get my wedding ring sized up or not. I went back and forth. But over the last few months, I was wearing my "fakey" one all the time because it was more comfortable when I was moving around and my hands got warmer as the day went on. A neighbor of mine had suggested Krasner and one other place and I went w/ Krasner and so glad I did! Milton wanted to make sure I wanted "the change" so showed me how different rings would fit and encouraged me to think it over for another week before making the permanent move. I ended up coming back and getting it sized up a size. He used the ring magnifier to show me how to identify the imperfection in my diamond which was cool. When I got it back, it fit like a charm. I'm so happy with how it feels now and can wear it comfortably all day now. And it was so clean when I got it back, too. I wasn't expecting that part. All the hairline scratches were buffed out. Looks like a new ring!

Milton is as professional and knowledgeable as they come. Someone tried to steal my necklace while on vacation and I lost some length. It's an extremely sentimental piece. Him and his team were able to work wonders and not only lengthened the chain with incredible artistry, but they also reinforced weak links to strengthen it. Milton is not a random salesman that you not gonna find in every jewelry shop, he's an artist, no pressure, he doesn't make you feel bad, he gives you an amazing customer service . When you order from him, don't expect to get something fast, good quality takes time. And also, I don't think you are going to find better price for such an amazing craftsmanship. I definitely recommend and will come back for more jewelry in the future.
